“BANKSIDE POETS” COMPETITION

The Anglers Mail, the UK’s best selling weekly Angling Magazine and Paul Brett are running a “Bankside Poets” Competition to find the best poem written by Anglers.

This Competition is now closed and the winners will be announced in the future by the Anglers Mail. We would like to personally thank all who entered and to say that the standard of poems was extremely high.

First Prize for the current competition is a brand new Cort Acoustic Guitar and a signed CD of Paul’s latest CD release “Songs from the Compleat Angler” in which he has for the first time, composed music and melody for some of the best poems contained in the British Literary Class “The Compleat Angler” by Izaak Walton.
